Park Amplifiers P1800x 18 watt 1x12 Combo

Park Amps are a favorite at Guitar Riot.  The new P1800x combo is one of the finest examples of the classic 18 watt 1x12 we have ever heard!

The P1800X was created in 2022 to compliment the P1800 combo. It does not include some of the premium components of the P1800 but make no mistake, the new P1800X still contains the great tone and all the features of the P1800.

In comparison, the Park P1800X includes the P1800 channels, controls, Hi/Lo power switch, Super Low, Cascaded channels. It also has the same tubes and transformers.

The differences include grill cloth, speaker and no NOS parts.

The result is a fantastic sounding amplifier that has a slightly narrower frequency response and lower level compared to the P1800 because of the speaker difference. Another benefit is its lower cost.

The basic specifications of the Park 1800X include:

Two channels each with Volume and Tone controls. voiced slightly differently

One channel has a rich tremolo circuit with Speed and Intensity controls

Hi and Low power modes. 18 watts and 5 watts

Super Low power mode for 1 or 1/2 watt operation

Channel Cascade switch for more tonal options and additional gain

Two speaker outputs with a switch for 8 and 16 ohms

Foot switch for tremolo is included and is plugs into a jack on the chassis bottom

Two EL84 tubes for 18 watts at full clipping

Three 12AX7s
