1967 Fender Telecaster Blonde SN:205561
1967 Fender Telecaster – Blonde, Maple Cap – Excellent Condition
Up for sale is a stunning vintage 1967 Fender Telecaster in Blonde finish with a maple cap neck. This guitar is in excellent condition and has been meticulously cared for by its original owner since new.
This is a 100% original instrument, with the only exceptions being a replaced input jack (done for functionality, original included in the case) and the missing original ashtray bridge cover. Everything else – finish, hardware, electronics, frets, and case – is all original and unmodified.
The finish has aged beautifully, showing just the right amount of character for a nearly 60-year-old guitar. There is a paint blemish near the bottom strap button, likely the result of a chemical reaction with a polish and/or guitar stand over the years. It's purely cosmetic and does not affect playability or structural integrity.
The guitar sounds incredible, with the signature Tele twang and clarity that only a true vintage Fender can deliver. The maple cap neck feels smooth and fast, with comfortable action and a natural, broken-in feel.
This is a Single Owner Guitar. The gentleman who brought us this instrument ordered it new from Fender in 1967. It was returned to Fender Briefly in 1968 for a repair and the neck stamp was removed from the guitar. The owner does not have any paperwork from this transaction.
Includes the original case (in great condition) and the guitar will be carefully packed for shipping.
