1970 Martin D-28
Single owner, player grade 1970 D-28 for Sale! This was owned by a former local luthier and was its original owner. The guitar is in wonderful shape for its age at 56 years old. Everything looks to be original but appears to have had some overspray on the top at some point. There are no cracks or breaks on the guitar and binding is fully intact. Frets look original and there is some mild fret wear particularly in the "cowboy chord" area, though there is no buzz or other noise from the wear. Neck relief is decent with a fresh setup of 11-52 Phospher Bronze strings. Action is sitting at 5/64th for the High E String at the 12th Fret and 3/32" on the Low E string on the 12th fret. Comes with Hardshell case in pictures.
