Shipping Policy
Guitar Riot offers free shipping on any order over $75 in the continental US except for items from those manufacturers that do not allow it. Our primary method of shipment is FedEx Ground/Home Delivery though we may opt to use a different carrier at our discretion. We do offer expedited services such as FedEx express (3day) and overnight options. We will deduct the standard ground shipping cost if you decide to use one of these methods. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships. Guitar and amp shipments must go to a location where a person can sign for it. If that is not possible we can send to the nearest depot and have the package held for you to pick up.

NEW ITEMS
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

USED & VINTAGE ITEMS
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee.  The restocking fee covers the credit card fee on the initial purchase.

Special Conditions
Guitar Riot gives a 72 hour approval period on all items. We will add an extra 24 hours to guitars and basses shipped December through March. This allows 24 hours for climate acclimation before opening the box. To return an item you must contact Guitar Riot via phone (216.291.7172) and get a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued from Guitar Riot. All returned items must be in their original packaging, show no signs of use, and include all of the original paperwork/accessories that were included in the shipment. Warranty cards or any other item must be unregistered with the manufacturer. Any item with a serial number that has been registered is not returnable. If all of the above are in place you will receive a 100% store credit or a refund minus a 5% restocking fee and all shipping costs including the initial “free” shipping cost. Store credit or refund will be worked out beforehand. You are required to provide a tracking number for any return and use a comparable shipping service to how you received the item. Tracking information must be provided within 24 hours of the return. Returns must be insured for the full retail value. Please over pack any return to insure it arrives safely. If a return arrives damaged it is up to you to file a claim with the shipping company. Any damaged return will be refused. If you have insured the package for the full amount and packed it well this will not be an issue. Guitar Riot will notify you immediately if a return has arrived damaged. The following items are NOT returnable: Damaged items, special orders, layaway, closeout items, discontinued items, or any deal involving a trade in.
